Rule 42.1 Replies in Support of Petitions for Certiorari

If you filed a petition asking the Georgia Supreme Court to review your case, you can file a reply after the other side responds. This reply is optional, not required.

You have ten days from when the other side files their response to submit your reply. The reply cannot be longer than 7,000 words or 20 pages.

Once you file your reply, that is the end of the written arguments. The other side cannot file another response to your reply.
