Rule 65 Expediting

If you have a strong reason why your case needs to move faster than normal, you can ask the Georgia Supreme Court to speed things up. The court can issue special orders to make that happen.

You would need to explain to the court exactly why there is a good reason to rush. Not every request will be granted. The court decides whether your reason is strong enough to justify moving the case along more quickly.
