Rule 72 Prohibited Evidence

When you send your case to the Georgia Supreme Court, keep physical evidence and exhibits out of your submission unless the court specifically asks for them. This applies to anything that is bulky, hard to transport, costs a lot to ship, or could be dangerous to handle.

If something does not fit neatly into the written transcript of your case, leave it out. The court works primarily with written documents, so only send physical items if you receive direct instructions to do so.
