Rule 76 Dignity of the Proceedings

Anyone who wants to film, record, or photograph a Georgia Supreme Court hearing must plan ahead. Media outlets need to submit a Request to Broadcast form at least 24 hours before the proceedings begin. The form can be found on the court's website.

Whatever recording or coverage takes place cannot disturb or disrespect the court while it is in session. The court expects everyone, including media, to conduct themselves in a way that keeps things orderly and respectful.
