Media workers like TV camera operators and photographers must stay in the back rows of the courtroom while court is in session. They cannot move freely around the courtroom during that time.

This rule keeps the courtroom orderly and prevents disruptions while the judges are hearing cases. If you are attending a hearing, media personnel will not be walking around near you unless they are in the back of the room.
