Rule 84 Notes and Sketches

Anyone in a courtroom can take written notes or make sketches during a court proceeding. This applies to reporters, artists, and anyone else who wants to write things down or draw what they see.

This rule only covers note-taking and sketching by hand. It does not apply to cameras or recording devices, which are covered by separate rules.
