Rule 86 Agreement

If you are a reporter, photographer, camera operator, or any other member of the media covering a court case in Georgia, this rule applies to you automatically. Simply by showing up to cover the proceeding, you are agreeing to follow the rules in this section.

You do not sign anything or make a formal promise. Your presence at the courthouse to cover the case counts as your agreement to follow the media rules.
