§ 2.9 Withdrawal of Application

If you've applied to take the Hawaiʻi Bar Exam but change your mind, you can pull your application back before the exam starts. To do this, you just need to send a written request to the Clerk's office.

Keep in mind that once you've paid your application fees, that money is gone for good. Withdrawing your application doesn't get you a refund, and you can't apply those fees toward a future application either. So think carefully before you submit your application, since backing out later won't save you any money.
