§ 4.3 Recommendation to the Supreme Court

After a hearing wraps up, the person or group in charge of the hearing has 60 days to write up what they found and send their recommendation to the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court. This written report explains the outcome of the hearing and what they think should happen next.

The applicant also gets a copy of this report. The court clerk sends it by certified mail with a return receipt, so there's proof the applicant actually received it. This gives the applicant a clear record of what was decided and when they got the news.
