Section IX: General Rules
Rule Text
The Executive Director shall have general charge of the records, files and property of the Board, keep minutes of the proceedings of the Board, and keep a complete, permanent file of all applications for admission to the Idaho State Bar and of all members of the Idaho State Bar.
