Rule Text

The Board shall conduct the fiscal affairs of the Idaho State Bar in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and shall have an annual audit of the financial reports as provided in Idaho Code Section 3-409. The Executive Director shall administer the day-to-day financial affairs of the Idaho State Bar subject to the general supervision of the Board and shall report on the financial status of the Idaho State Bar to the Board at each regular meeting of the Board.
