Rule 1.1107 Review

If a court makes a decision under any of the rules covering this section (rules 1.1101 through 1.1106), that decision can be reviewed the same way any other court decision would be reviewed. In other words, there's nothing special or different about challenging these particular orders, judgments, or decrees. You follow the normal appeal process, just like you would with any other ruling from the court.
