If you want to ask a judge for a temporary injunction, you need to file that request in the same county where your court case is happening (or will happen). You can't file it somewhere else just because it might be more convenient.

This keeps things simple and organized. The court handling your main case is the one that will also handle the request to temporarily stop someone from doing something (which is what a temporary injunction does) while the case moves forward.
