Rule 16.706 Copies of documents for self-represented defendants

If you're representing yourself in a criminal case and haven't signed up for electronic filing, the court will automatically send you paper copies of everything filed in your case. This includes documents the court submits and documents the court files.

You don't need to request these copies or take any extra steps. The court handles this for you as long as you haven't registered for electronic filing. This way, you can stay informed about your case and keep track of what's happening even if you're not using the electronic system.
