Rule 71.1 Scope and applicability

71.1(1) Scope. The rules in this division apply to court proceedings arising from family law arbitration proceedings taken pursuant to the Iowa Uniform Family Law Arbitration Act in Iowa Code chapter 598A (Act).
71.1(2) Controlling law. If there is a conflict between the court rules in this division and the provisions of chapter 598A, Iowa Code chapter 598A controls.
