Rule 52.8 Minutes

Someone has to write down what happens at each meeting of the commission. These notes, called minutes, list who showed up and what decisions or actions the commission took. The commission can also include other details in the minutes if they think it's worth recording.

These minutes are kept private. They are not shared with the public, which helps protect the confidential nature of the commission's work as it reviews concerns about judges.
