Rule 17.100 Family law forms for dissolution of marriage with no minor or dependent adult children

Persons without attorney representation in dissolution of marriage (divorce) actions without children under the age of 18 who are children of both spouses to the marriage, or children under the age of 18 who were adopted or born during the marriage, or children 18 years of age or older who are children of both spouses to the marriage and still need support must use the forms listed in this rule. These forms cannot be used if a spouse of the marriage is pregnant. These forms are available at no cost on the Iowa Judicial Branch website at: www.iowacourts.gov.
