Rule 361

When a court proceeding is recorded electronically instead of by a court reporter, that recording has to be clearly labeled so it can be identified later. The court clerk is responsible for keeping track of these recordings and must maintain an index that shows what proceeding is on each one.

The clerk also has to keep the recordings safe and secure. This means making sure they don't get lost, damaged, or tampered with, so they stay available if someone needs to access them later, like for an appeal or to review what happened during a hearing.
