If you're looking at older documents or cases that reference Rule 366, keep in mind it was part of the rules for Kansas court reporter examiners at one time, but it was taken off the books decades ago. Any current questions about court reporter licensing or examination standards in Kansas would need to be answered by looking at the rules that are in effect now, not this repealed one.
