If you think something went wrong with how the jury pool was picked or called in, you need to speak up right away. This means raising the issue before the lawyers start questioning the potential jurors.

You can't wait until later in the process to bring up problems with jury selection. If you have concerns about how jurors were chosen or summoned to court, you have to file a motion about it before jury questioning begins. Waiting too long means you likely lose your chance to challenge it.

This rule exists to catch problems early, before the trial moves forward. It gives the court a chance to fix any issues with the jury pool right at the start, rather than dealing with objections after questioning has already happened.
