XX, Sec. 6 Family recovery court program participant requirements

If you're part of a family recovery court program, the program has to be broken down into at least three stages, and the whole process must last at least 12 months. These stages can't be vague or made up as the program goes along. They need to be written down clearly, either in the program's own rules or in another document that participants can easily access.

You also have the right to know exactly what's expected of you at each stage. The program must explain each phase clearly, including what you need to do to finish it and move on to the next one. This means you shouldn't be left guessing about what's required or how long things will take. You should always be able to find out what step you're on, what you still need to complete, and what happens once you meet those requirements.
