3.430 Duty to file brief--Deleted

This rule no longer exists. It used to cover the duty to file a brief in an appeal, but the Kentucky Supreme Court removed it.

The rule went through several name changes over the years. It started as a Rule of the Court of Appeals, then became a Rule of Appellate Procedure in 1976, and later became a Rule of the Supreme Court in 1978. At some point after these changes, the court decided this particular rule was no longer needed and deleted it entirely.
