8.040 Expenses of Commission members
VIII Mandatory Continuing Judicial Education for the Kentucky Judiciary
Rule Text
Members of the Commission shall not be compensated but shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred by them in attending the Commission meetings in accordance with the current travel regulations of the Court of Justice.
Note: Former Rules of Appellate Procedure (RAP) were amended and redesignated as Rules of the Supreme Court (SCR) by Order of the Supreme Court effective January 1, 1978. Prior Rules of the Court of Appeals (RCA) had been redesignated as Rules of Appellate Procedure effective March 12, 1976.
