Art. 1094 Intervener accepts proceedings

When someone joins a lawsuit as an intervener (a person who isn't originally part of the case but has an interest in it and asks the court to let them join), they have to accept the case as they find it. This means they can't complain about how the lawsuit was set up, argue that it's in the wrong court location, or point out mistakes and technical problems that only relate to the original parties in the case.

Basically, if you want to intervene in someone else's lawsuit, you're stepping into a case that's already moving forward. You don't get to challenge things like paperwork errors or procedural issues that belong to the original plaintiff and defendant. Your role is limited to protecting your own interest in the matter, not fixing or objecting to how the other parties handled their part of the case.
