Rule 5.201 Applicability

The rules in this section apply to people who manage money or property for others, such as executors of estates or guardians. They also apply to estates in general.

There are two exceptions. Rules 5.204 and 5.208 partially apply to trustees and trusts. All other rules in this section do not apply to trustees or trusts.
