People operating cameras or recording gear need to stay still and avoid moving around while the court is in session. Judges can limit movement entirely, only allowing it during breaks or recesses. This keeps the media coverage from becoming distracting.

Bottom line: recording a court proceeding is a privilege, not a right that lets someone disrupt what's happening. If media coverage starts to interfere with the trial or hearing, the judge can restrict it further to keep things running smoothly.
