Rule 6.15 Copy of Will Filed With Original

When someone files a petition to have a will officially recognized by the court, they must attach a copy of the will to that petition. This copy acts as an exhibit, so it becomes part of the official paperwork submitted to the court.

This means you can't just tell the court a will exists or describe what it says. You have to physically include a copy of it with your filing. This helps the court and anyone else involved in the case see the actual document being discussed from the very start.
