Rule 5 Emergency Order

During a collaborative law process, a tribunal may issue emergency orders to protect the health, safety, welfare, or interest of a party or other individuals related by consanguinity or affinity who reside with a party or who formerly resided with a party. If the emergency order is granted without the agreement of all parties, the granting of the order terminates the collaborative process.
