Rule 11 Form of Action

Justice court used to have different types of lawsuits with different names and rules, depending on what the case was about. This rule gets rid of all those separate categories. Now there's just one type of case, called a "civil action," no matter what the dispute involves.

This makes things simpler for everyone. You don't have to worry about picking the "right" type of lawsuit or using special legal labels for your case.
