Rule XII Termination of Existing Pilot Mediation Program

The court once ran a test version of mediation, called a pilot program, starting back in 1996. This rule simply closes out that old test program. It says the pilot program will end either on its original end date or as soon as the new mediation plan takes effect, whichever happens first.
