Court Operating Rule 5: Preserving the Record
Rule Text
The clerk shall remit payment in the amount of the actual cost of the transcript as contained on the invoice provided by the Office of State Courts Administrator. A payment remitted to the Office of State Courts Administrator shall be made payable to the State of Missouri. The requesting party shall remit the payment in the amount of the actual cost of the transcript as contained on the invoice provided by the official or certified court reporter.
