Court Operating Rule 5: Preserving the Record

(a) Any person may listen to or request a copy of the recording of a court proceeding upon providing at least five days prior notice to the responsible clerk and subject to any order closing said recording, following a party’s or the court’s own motion, because the recording contains otherwise confidential information. If authorized by law, the court may grant additional access to a recording containing confidential information, including a redacted transcript of the recording.
(b) Rules and fees governing the procedure for the listening to, or the copying of, a recording covered by Court Operating Rule 5.10 may be adopted by local rule.
