Rule 130.12 Notice of Entry of Judgment or Scheduling of De Novo Hearing

When a judge makes a decision in a case, or sets up a new hearing to review that decision, everyone involved needs to know about it. If you were not in court when this happened, either in person or through your lawyer, the court will mail you a notice letting you know what happened.
