Rule 1-307 Authority.

The Nebraska Supreme Court is the only body that gets to make rules about digital signatures for court staff. If any other rule, policy, or regulation already exists that tries to control how court personnel use digital signatures, that rule no longer applies. This one replaces it.

In simple terms, this rule makes sure there's only one set of rules for digital signatures used by people who work for the courts. It keeps things consistent by putting the Supreme Court in charge of this decision, instead of letting different courts or offices set their own separate rules.
