If you believe the Nebraska Court System treated you unfairly because of a disability, you can file a complaint. To do this, write a short description of what happened, including the specific incident or policy that affected you.

Send this description to the Deputy Administrator, who serves as the ADA Coordinator, at the State Court Administrator's Office. The mailing address is P.O. Box 98910, State Capitol, Lincoln, NE 68509-8910.

You need to act quickly. You have only 45 days from the date of the incident to send in your complaint. If you wait longer than that, you may lose your chance to have your complaint reviewed.
