If you think you have a disability-related complaint, you don't have to go through a formal process to get help. You can simply reach out to the Nebraska Court System's ADA coordinator directly and try to work things out informally.

This rule makes sure that filing a formal grievance isn't your only option. You can still ask for help and try to solve problems in a more relaxed, direct way before or instead of starting a formal complaint. The goal is to give people more than one way to fix issues related to disability access in the courts.
