Rule 6-1001 Scope and effective date.

Starting January 1, 2006, every district and county court in Nebraska must use the same Juror Qualification Form. This rule sets the date the form became required and confirms that all courts across the state have to follow it the same way.

The point of this rule is to make sure jury screening works the same no matter which court you're in. If you get called for jury duty in Nebraska, you can expect to fill out this standard form, regardless of whether your case is in district court or county court.
