Rule 4.1 Effective date

This rule simply explains when these traffic infraction rules start being used. They kick in on November 5, 2024.

If someone is accused of a civil traffic infraction, these rules only apply if the violation happened on or after that date. Anything that happened before November 5, 2024 would be handled under whatever rules were in place at that earlier time.
