Rule 14 Location of trial

When a case goes to a short trial, the local district court is responsible for finding a courtroom to hold it in. This job falls to the chief judge, the senior presiding judge, or an administrator picked by the court.

The court doesn't just pick a time and place on its own. It works together with both sides in the case and with the short trial judge to figure out when and where the trial will happen. This way, everyone has a say in scheduling, and the trial gets a proper courtroom to take place in.
