Rule 4:74-4 Appeal From Judgment of a Municipal Court for Confiscation or Forfeiture of a Chattel

If a municipal court orders that your personal property be taken or forfeited, you have the right to appeal that decision. You would bring that appeal to the Superior Court, Law Division.
