Rule 1:18A-2 Jurisdiction

Only judges and the New Jersey Supreme Court can ask the Committee questions about activities judges do outside of their official court duties.

If you are a regular person or a lawyer with a question about a judge's outside activities, you cannot go directly to this Committee. You would need to raise your concern through other channels, such as the Supreme Court itself.
