Rule 1:18A-3 Form of Inquiry

If you want to ask the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct a question, you cannot call them directly. You must send your question in writing to the secretary, who will pass it along to the Committee.

Your written question needs to include two things: a detailed description of the facts of your situation, and a short memo that points to the specific rules from the Code of Judicial Conduct or the Guidelines for Extrajudicial Activities that apply to your question.
