When a court case involving a child or respondent gets dismissed, whoever files the dismissal order has to include a special form called a party dismissal sheet. This applies no matter when the dismissal happens in the case or what the reason is for dismissing it.

The form needs to follow the layout that the Supreme Court has already approved.
