Rule 18-103 Withdrawn.

This rule has been withdrawn. That means it no longer applies and has no legal effect.

If you're looking for information on continuing legal education requirements, you'll need to check the current rules still in place, since this specific one has been removed from use. Courts sometimes withdraw rules when they update their requirements or replace old provisions with new ones. There's nothing further to follow here since the content of this rule no longer exists in force.
