Rule 5-902 Withdrawn.

This rule no longer exists. It used to deal with contempt of court, but the New Mexico Supreme Court withdrew it, effective December 31, 2015. This means the rule does not apply to any case filed on or after that date, and it no longer applies to cases that were still pending at that time either.
