Rule 11-1102 Title.

This rule simply gives the official name to this set of rules. They are called the New Mexico Rules of Evidence, and that is the name people should use when referring to them in court documents, legal arguments, or discussions about the rules.

This is a short, administrative rule. It does not affect how evidence is handled in a case. It just establishes what to call the entire collection of rules that govern evidence in New Mexico courts.
