Rule 26-105 Revocation of license.

If someone is registered as a foreign legal consultant, they have to keep meeting the same requirements they needed to get registered in the first place. These requirements are listed in Rule 26-101.

If the Supreme Court finds out that a registered foreign legal consultant no longer meets those requirements, the Court will take away their license. This means the person can no longer work or practice under their foreign legal consultant status in this state.
