Rule 25-101 Scope and title.

These rules explain what training and education judges must complete before they can serve. They apply to magistrate judges, municipal judges, and probate judges. They also apply to domestic violence special commissioners and domestic relations hearing officers, who are the officials appointed to handle certain family law and domestic violence cases.

The rules are officially called the Rules Governing Judicial Education. If you see this name mentioned in other court documents, it refers to this same set of rules.
