§ 212.8 [Reserved]

This rule number is currently marked as "reserved" in the Uniform Civil Rules for the District Courts. That means no actual rule text exists here right now.

Court rule systems often number their sections in advance so they can add new rules later without having to renumber everything else. When a court reserves a rule number like this, it's simply holding a spot for possible future use.

If you're looking for guidance on a specific topic, you'll need to check other numbered rules in this section, since Rule 212.8 doesn't contain any requirements, procedures, or guidance at this time.
