§ 253 Auxiliary services

Each family court gets extra support services to help it do its job well. These services might include things like counselors, social workers, or other staff who help judges make good decisions about families and children.

The court can only use these extra services if the county has approved and set aside money for them. So the amount and type of help available can differ from one county to another, depending on their budgets.

In simple terms, this rule just says family courts are allowed to have helpful support staff beyond judges and basic court workers, as long as there's funding for it.
